Dog's are known as Man's best friend, but interestingly enough they aren't born that way. They must be trained, so no matter how adorable that newborn pup is, or how friendly an older go may be, that doesn't mean that they instantly recognize and follow the rules of the house.

If you are the proud owner of a brand new puppy, or is your dog acting out? Well don't worry, because on here, you will learn everything you have to know in order to train your dog successfully.

I agree it can be very annoying for you if you dont know how to act when your dog is gnawing your shoe, drinking from bathroom sink, messing up the house by urinating, barking when everyone is fast asleep and lot other nuisances.

Please don't get mad at your dog. He is not doing the things he does on purpose. You just need to get his attention and remind him of the rules. He's got to get used to his new surroundings.

A puppys training commences right from the moment he enters your home. However dont think this statement implies the training should be harsh or intense. I am simply implying that you should start imparting it brief 5 minute sessions that should be repeated continuously till the puppy begins to understand what you are trying to tell him.

One important point that you should not forget is that each and every thing is totally new to the puppy. Hence they will have to spend some time learning. If you have bought your puppy from a well-known and a dependable breeder, the dog will have a strong basics that you can use to train him in the lessons he must learn.

Raising a dog is very similar to raising a child, but somewhat faster, because dogs age faster than we do. The basic sit down and kneel provides more then just the basics. It prepares the dog mind when facing outdoor factors.

Basic commands may be taught in the home, however, if you plan to take your dog outdoors with you where he will encounter strangers, his timidity must be overcome. Your pet should be socialized early in life in order to show good behavior around others.
